Duo Multicorde

"Duo Multicorde" is a promising duo that formed during his studies at the Mozarteum in Salzburg and enjoyed chamber music lessons with the renowned Prof. Stephen Fitzpatrick, principal harpist of the Staatskapelle Berlin. The Chilean guitarist Andres Madariaga studied under the tutelage of Marco Tamayo at the Mozarteum in Salzburg and has won more than 30 prizes in international competitions. He is a sought-after soloist around the world and has earned an excellent reputation.

Thanks to a generous grant from the state of NRW, the duo was able to release its first CD entitled "¡Viva la danza!" in 2022. In the meantime, the duo has signed a contract with the label "Etymology Classics" and recorded a new EP in their studio in New York in summer 2023, which will be available on all online streaming services in 2024.
Since its formation, the duo has given many successful concerts all over Germany, and in 2024 it will give its first concerts abroad, in Madrid, Bangkok and Tokyo.
